Refund Policy

Lifeful Place accepts and pays a full refund for items returned so long as it meets our refund criteria below.

1. We have a 7day return policy, which means you have 5 working days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Items returned after 7days but before 30days in the aforementioned condition would be accepted subject to a 30% restocking fee. This means that you will receive 70% of the order value.

Damages and issues

5. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. An account manager would constantly keep you updated until the defective item is replaced.

6. In the event that the order delivered isn't what you ordered or the order arrives without certain components, please contact customer care immediately to have the correct order delivered.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

7. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


8. The fastest way to ensure an accepted return is to request for an exchange for an item of equal monetary value. That is, you return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
